A pokud si dlu\u017en\u00edk v mezidob\u00ed n\u011bjak p\u0159ijde k pen\u011bz\u016fm, nebr\u00e1n\u00ed mu nic ani v tom, aby v\u0161e splatil i kdykoliv d\u0159\u00edve, a to bez jak\u00fdchkoliv sankc\u00ed. Bez poplatk\u016f p\u0159edem, bez skryt\u00fdch h\u00e1\u010dk\u016f a jin\u00fdch komplikac\u00ed tu tak \u010dlov\u011bk dostane a\u017e sedmdes\u00e1t procent odhadn\u00ed ceny on\u00e9 j\u00edm do z\u00e1stavy dan\u00e9 nemovitosti a m\u016f\u017ee je pou\u017e\u00edt na cokoliv.
